Sudheer Darapureddy is the Co-Founder & Director of SS Quantum Edge, bringing over 22 years of global experience in enterprise architecture, data engineering, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. He has successfully led large-scale technology initiatives for global enterprises, enabling organizations to build secure, scalable, and data-driven digital ecosystems.

Currently serving as a Senior Staff Data & Information Architect at Velera, Sudheer plays a key role in defining enterprise data strategy, modernizing cloud platforms, and delivering innovative solutions that drive business transformation. Prior to Velera, he spent over 15 years with GE Healthcare and GE Digital, where he held senior technology leadership roles and contributed to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs. He began his career with Wissen Infotech, building a strong foundation in database administration and enterprise data management.

As Co-Founder & Director of SS Quantum Edge, Sudheer provides strategic leadership in technology, innovation, and product development. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and driving HR transformation across diverse business environments.

Her expertise spans strategic human resource management, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, HR governance, policy formulation, compliance, and organizational development.
